The uniqueness of our management philosophy includes single-source responsibility from project conception to completion. Each project team would be lead by a talented, seasoned vice president acting as senior project manager, who would be involved from the first schematic estimate to the last punch list item. We have found that having the continuity of single-source responsibility serves E. E. Reed as well as our clients in providing this continuity through a project. There is no passing the buck at later stages of the project when questions may arise regarding earlier phases of development such as the estimate. A team of appropriately skilled and experienced professionals at the project management, project engineer, general superintendent, superintendent, and assistant superintendent levels would surround him. The executive vice president provides project oversight supporting each team with a commitment of resources and ensures that E. E. Reed policies and procedures are administered. Our management philosophy of a single-source responsibility provides experience and cohesiveness which is critical in achieving budget goals and schedules without compromising quality.
