OGA Medical Office Building

The OGA Medical Office Building is a 180,000 SF shell building built with a steel frame and a masonry and curtain-wall exterior. Interior improvements include 30 medical suites, examination rooms, image centers, small labs, and related site improvements. In addition, a 17-tenant medical interior build-out including a pharmacy and laboratory were added in the project’s second phase.
