River Oaks Medical Plaza

This 111,000 SF, five-story, shell medical office building is comprised of a steel frame with a curtainwall skin. The project also includes a 135,000 SF, six-level, 400-car, precast parking garage and related site improvements. E.E. Reed was responsible for all lobby and common area interior improvements.
