This one-story, 28,000-square-foot shell office building features a 12,000 square-foot tilt-wall mezzanine with a green roof design. Site-work LEED-Specific items include a 4,000-square-foot roof area constructed to support the load for an innovative GreenGrid roofing system, boosting the building’s environmental and economic performance. The modular roof is made of recycled plastics and can be arranged in different planting schemes. The modules will support grasses, sedums and wildflowers. The application of the building envelope has a minimum R-value of 30, reducing the HVAC system loads.
