This 135,000 SF, three-story, Class A, boutique office building sits on 7.5 acres in Montgomery County and includes a 147,000 SF, precast parking garage. This project achieved LEED Silver certification for the core and shell and includes floor to ceiling glass curtain wall, an exterior green roof meeting area, a large water feature, and fully landscaped common areas.
